We're thrilled to introduce a stunning and meticulously preserved '1960 Jaguar XK150 'S' 3.8 Drophead Coupe RHD'. This exceptional vehicle has just joined our collection, arriving from a highly esteemed Scottish Collection.

Impeccably maintained, this particular model is a true gem, being one of only 24 RHD examples ever produced with the potent triple carburettor 265bhp 3.8 litre engine, delivering exhilarating performance. It's a matching numbers car, retaining its original registration number adding an extra layer of authenticity. The exterior boasts its original Indigo Blue hue, faithfully adhering to the factory specifications as indicated on its Jaguar Heritage Certificate.

Originally supplied by Henlys of London and, the Car spent part of its earlier years in Italy, this RHD beauty underwent a comprehensive chassis-off restoration by a marque specialist in Italy, before finding its way to JD Classics in 2006. Here, we further enhanced its allure with a meticulous repaint and detailing, ensuring it's presented at its absolute best.

The XK150 S stands as the rarest jewel within the XK series, earning its place as a highly coveted favorite among Jaguar aficionados and collectors alike. Its scarcity, coupled with the fusion of timeless aesthetics and elevated performance, renders it an undeniably sought-after classic masterpiece. It is mostly standard with some tasteful upgrades including, electric power steering that was fitted in 2022 along with an upgraded battery.

With it’s time in Scotland the car has won best in show at Scottish Jaguar events where it was often taken by the current owner who has a significant collection of Jaguars and other British cars.  The current owner has meticulously maintained the car and always kept his cars in a heated garage since 2006, the underside of the car is in fantastic condition for a car of this period.
