As one of the most celebrated events in automotive history, the Mille Miglia will reach an extraordinary milestone in 2027, celebrating 100 years since the inaugural race left Brescia on 26 March 1927. Affectionately known as "The Most Beautiful Race in the World", the legendary thousand-mile journey through Italy has become a symbol of speed, endurance, engineering excellence, and Italian passion for motoring.

Originally contested as an open-road endurance race between Brescia and Rome, the Mille Miglia quickly established itself as one of motorsport's greatest challenges. Over 24 editions, it attracted the world's finest manufacturers and drivers, with marques such as Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Maserati, Porsche, and Jaguar all writing unforgettable chapters into its history.
Following the final competitive race in 1957, the Mille Miglia's legend never faded. Revived in 1987 as a prestigious historic regularity rally, it now welcomes some of the world's most valuable and significant classic cars, retracing much of the original route while celebrating the heritage of the automobiles that competed between 1927 and 1957.
