Beautiful Saab 900 Turbo SE Mellow Yellow. From the 2nd owner, who used the car for romantic drives around Munich with a seasonal license plate. In winter, the Saab was not used! Saab commissioned the eccentric Swiss company Rinspeed to convert the 900 Cabriolet with the 185 hp turbo engine into the Mellow Yellow edition. They fitted anthracite grey Antera wheels and lowered the suspension with Eibach springs and shock absorbers. The special wheels are included with the car (see photo) and have the valve behind the center cap. Various interior modifications were also made, and the car has always remained yellow. Thanks to the upgraded suspension, this 900 drives far better than the standard version.

The exterior looks stunning, and the paint is 100% original. Incredible but true! The car has just been professionally polished, and the paint is smooth and glossy. Only the front bumper was repainted in the past due to a parking scratch. The original electrically operated convertible top looks excellent and fits perfectly. The top’s mechanism has been reinforced, as it is normally a weak spot. The fabric is nearly like new, with minimal signs of use — understandable for a 27-year-old car. Clearly a garage-kept car, also protected under a soft cover.

The interior is completely original, with dark grey leather in beautiful condition. The dashboard features a turbo boost gauge and the “Mellow Yellow” badge. Everything works as it should, and the equipment is very complete: climate control, cruise control, heated seats, wind deflector, etc. Thanks to careful maintenance over the years, the car has been exceptionally preserved. This Saab is not comparable to the average offering online.

This 900 is a true Saab and a timelessly beautiful car. Strong presence, much more exciting than the typical “everyday” cars. Instantly recognizable by both looks and sound. An absolute enthusiast’s car, largely dealer-maintained.
