As a bona fide automotive symbol for an entire counterculture, this 1964 Volkswagen Type 2 21-Window Deluxe is about as iconic a ride as can be, and its distinctive configuration makes it even more so. When you're out on the road, this classic tracks arrow-straight, and the manual steering is more precise than you'd rightfully expect from a VW of its era.
