Chassis No. 18709 Body No. 365 Completed at the factory in September 1975, this left-hand drive example emerged as the 357th of just 387 cars built, making it one of the final examples produced before the introduction of the updated 512 BB in 1976. Finished in the sophisticated combination of Argento (Silver) paintwork over a Nero (Black) leather interior, the specification remains as elegant today as when it left Maranello five decades ago. According to a copy of the original Auto Becker invoice on file, the Boxer was delivered new to Düsseldorf, Germany, on 1 December 1975, commanding an original price of 83,250 Deutsche Marks. The original stamped service booklet documents the Ferrari's early life in Berlin with its first owner, including service stamps from Ferrari's own Assistenza Clienti division during the mid-1970s. In what can only be described as extraordinary for any exotic car from the era, this Boxer remained in the care of its original owner for 48 years before passing to just its second custodian in November 2023, then showing approximately 41,000 kilometers. In March 2025, Modena Motorsport carried out a major mechanical refurbishment of this Boxer, resulting in its current exceptional presentation. The work included a full engine disassembly, cylinder-head and valvetrain work, reassembly with new pistons and bearings, carburetor overhaul, timing and ignition work, plus gearbox resealing and a new clutch. The invoice also covers substantial chassis work with new wheel bearings, suspension bushings, Koni shock servicing, brake caliper rebuilding with new hoses and pads, and disc machining, with the comprehensive restoration totaling €127.938.70. A lift of the rear clamshell reveals the remarkably tidy engine compartment, while the undercarriage showcases numerous zinc-plated fittings and a presentation that speaks to its recent overhaul. Accompanying the Ferrari are its original tool kit and owner's manuals in their respective folio. As a genuine two-owner example now offered with 41,269 kilometers at the time of listing, chassis 18709 is surely one of the best-prepared Berlinetta Boxers to come to market, warranting inclusion in any serious collection of Ferrari flagships and ideally suited to Ferrari gatherings worldwide.
