- This highly collectable, last-of-the-line, Renault 5 GT Turbo Raider was supplied new in August 1990 by Renault Croydon with a PDI carried out by Trinity Cars Limited
- The Raider was a run-out model produced in 1990 to mark the end of the GT Turbo’s production run and featured unique metallic Sport Blue paintwork and bespoke interior trimmed in grey/black fabric with blue accents
- Purchased by the vendor’s father in 1995, the car became an integral part of family history and that same summer, it carried him and his wife on a memorable three-week honeymoon across Europe, an adventure that forged a deep affection for the little Renault
- Around 2010, after its last MOT (54,198 miles) the enthusiast owner decided to preserve the Turbo and dry stored it in his garage. He has now sadly passed and consequently his cherished Raider is now offered on behalf of the family
- The history file includes the original book-pack, with the service booklet showing five service stamps by Trinity Cars Ltd. up to 1993 and a further two specialist stamps thereafter
- Within the file are invoices supporting the service book entries and further maintenance over the years. There are numerous old MOT certificates that further support the indicated mileage
