- Following on from the legendary Shadow, Phil Vincent wanted to produce a 'two-wheeled Bentley' so, in 1954, he developed and launched the Black Prince with all new aerodynamic bodywork clothing the traditional 998cc V-twin engine and suspension
- Only 132 were ever produced when production ended in December 1955 with the company's demise
- Often regarded as more a piece of art than a mere motorcycle and highly sought after today, it stands as both a technical milestone and a symbol of Vincent’s fearless pursuit of innovation
- This well used example was purchased by its deceased owner whilst in his 20s in the mid 1960s
- Has remained in his hands until his passing last year, during his ownership the bike has travelled extensively throughout the UK and Europe, even a trip to Canada was completed in the 1980s
- The bike has undergone a few modifications to assist in its usability including an electric start, disc brakes, indicators and even SatNav
- Fitted with a Watsonian Monaco sidecar and complete with a spare cowling and panniers
- Running last year but might require some basic recommissioning before road use
