The ČZ 250 type 471 is a classic, ruggedly built 250cc two-stroke twin motorcycle produced by the Czech firm ČZ (in conjunction with Jawa) from the late 1960s to the late 1980s. It was a popular and reliable commuter machine in the UK and other markets.
This bike is offered as part of the Adam White collection and has been in long term dry storage and has had the fuel drained. The bikes in the collection have been regularly taken out and started up but they will need a degree of re-commissioning and attention to batteries. Obviously having been long term stored things like tyres and brakes will need looking at prior to any road use.
This Army inspired machine is an original UK supplied machine back in ’75’ since then its covered 9,596 miles and at some point, been converted with the military paint complete with luggage rack and saddle bags. The bike is supplied with 1 key and the V5. The bike has unused enduro style tyres fitted and fresh smelling fuel so believed to have been running recently.
