The 1976 Honda CD175, also known as the ‘Sloper’ in its earlier engine configurations, was a robust and practical commuter bike that became a staple of the 1970s. Known for its reliability and ‘bulletproof’ engineering, it remains a popular choice for collectors and restoration enthusiasts today.

This bike is offered as part of the Adam White collection and has been in long term dry storage and has had the fuel drained. The bikes in the collection have been regularly taken out and started up but they will need a degree of re-commissioning and attention to batteries. Obviously having been long term stored things like tyres and brakes will need looking at prior to any road use.

This 175 appears to be fitted with either the CL175 exhaust or a replacement version of them to create a scrambler-style machine. The bike was described as running before being dry stored for several years but as can be seen, it will make a good project or dirt bike. It is an original UK supplied bike back in ‘76. The bike kicks over with good compression but will need recommissioning before use.
