Widely praised for its exceptionally smooth and linear power delivery, the E46 330i featured BMW’s legendary M54 in-line 6-cylinder engine. Producing 225+ horsepower, it provides an appealing driving experience whether on the daily commute or when pressing on.
Originally delivered new in Japan, this 330i was obviously well cared for with a documented record of service and maintenance by the owner still present. As Japan doesn’t salt its roads anywhere like the UK does in the winter, the BMW wasn’t exposed to the salt damage that can occur in UK models and presents very well on the underside as it does on the bright Alpine white paintwork.
Imported into the UK in 2009, the 330 was cherished by its owner until his untimely passing in 2019, at which point it was bequeathed to his friend; the current owner.
The E46 presents very well throughout, with the only real cosmetic issues being a slightly sagging headlining and small circular area of the dashboard that looks as if a suction phone or sat nav holder has loosened the adhesive. Neither should represent a particularly difficult fix.
With such low mileage and in such great overall condition, this is surely an opportunity to obtain a 330i that’s not to be missed.
