- Famous for their opposed-twin engine designs during their early days of production
- They supplied over 70,000 bikes and, along with Triumph, contributed the most to the war effort between 1914 and 1918
- After WWII, Douglas was in financial difficulty and reduced its output to the 350cc flat-twin engine models with the engine mounted across the frame
- This pre-war Z1 Powerflow is presented in 'garage find' condition
- Fitted with a 600cc engine but included in the sale is its 744cc engine
- Owned since the early 1970s and complete with some old MOTs, RF60 green log book dated 1973 and some DVLA paperwork from 1971
