- Douglas Motorcycles were based in Bristol and produced bikes between 1907 and 1957
- Famous for their opposed-twin engine designs during their early days of production
- They supplied over 70,000 bikes and, along with Triumph, contributed the most to the war effort between 1914 and 1918
- After WWII, Douglas was in financial difficulty and reduced its output to the 350cc flat-twin engine models with the engine mounted across the frame
- This pre-war Aero 600, has had the same owner since the 1970s and is presented in 'garage find' condition
- Correct numbers and complete with old MOTs from the 1970s and an RF60 green log book dated 1966
- Appears to be unused since the late 1970s so will require recommissioning or restoration before use
