- Douglas Motorcycles were based in Bristol and produced bikes between 1907 and 1957
- Famous for their opposed-twin engine designs during their early days of production
- They supplied over 70,000 bikes and, along with Triumph, contributed the most to the war effort between 1914 and 1918
- After WWII, Douglas was in financial difficulty and reduced its output to the 350cc flat-twin engine models with the engine mounted across the frame
- The 90 Plus was introduced post-WWII with its engine sitting across the frame
- This correct numbers example is presented in mostly unrestored and original condition
- The missing rev counter drive is included but not currently fitted
- Purchased by our vendor in 1966 and used until c.1977, garage-stored since then
- Will require recommissioning or restoring before use
- Complete with its original RF60 log book, tax discs dating back to 1955, old MOTs from the 1970s and old receipt
