The Moto Guzzi V1000 Convert (also known as the I-Convert) was a revolutionary but niche touring motorcycle produced between 1975 and 1982. Its defining feature was its semi-automatic transmission, making it the first large-capacity motorcycle to feature a torque converter and shaft drive.

This example has a had a full going over and presents lovely. The frame was recently powder coated and many other parts reconditioned or replaced during the rebuild. We have been supplied with magazine articles featuring this exact bike, which was the first in the UK to be supplied for press use. Aside from a scuffed silencer, the bike is quite tidy. Just prior to delivery, the ignition key was sticking so a new replacement will be supplied with the bike. The colour matched panniers are also included with the bike.
