A lovely looking example that has been in the current ownership for the last 22 years, in which time there has been more than a fair bit of money spent. We can see invoices for bodywork, paintwork, interior trim including new door cards, carpets, seat covers, new tyres, wheel polishing and much more. The file tells a great story.

Whilst the Stag presents very well, and we see no reason why you couldn’t just jump in, drive and enjoy, we have to point out that the nearside rear wheel arch is bubbling, which is a great shame as the rest of it looks terrific.

Interestingly, we also found in the file, the original Triumph, British Leyland service book, fully stamped from new through to June 2002 when it had covered 72,634 miles - a great piece of history, oh, and the handbook is there as well.

This is a well sorted Stag in a wonderful colour combination that with a little remedial work could be one of the best.
