Under the bonnet, the BMW-derived turbocharged 3.0-litre inline-six diesel engine delivers 245bhp and 406lb-ft of torque to all four wheels through a ZF-supplied eight-speed automatic transmission. The interior remains utilitarian, yet comfortable, and extremely intuitive, with each switch, button, toggle, and feature clearly labelled and positioned. If you're unhappy with the touchscreen-heavy interiors of today's cars, but don't want to go full-Luddite, this may be your answer.
