Chassis No. ZFF83CLA8K0241664
Engine No. 439066
Introduced for 2017 as the successor to the F12berlinetta, the 812 Superfast-named as a nod to its high-performance 500 Superfast forebear of 1964-reaffirmed Ferrari's front-mid-engined V12 GT as a reference point for both speed and engagement. Its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter twelve revved to a screaming 8,500 rpm and developed 789 horsepower, making it the most powerful naturally aspirated engine ever fitted in a Ferrari road car at the time of its introduction.
This enormous thrust was delivered to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, with Ferrari's Passo Corto Virtuale, or “Virtual Short Wheelbase” four-wheel steering system, Version 5.0 of the Side Slip Control (SSC), and Electric Power Steering (EPS) harnessing the car's visceral output. Contemporary road tests praised the 812's dual character-effortlessly rapid cross-continent pace paired with the ear-piercing shriek of the non-hybrid V12. Ferrari quoted zero to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a 211-mph maximum, numbers that sit comfortably beside the model's reputation among enthusiasts and the automotive press as one of Maranello's most complete modern grand tourers.
The example offered here is a U.S.-market 2019 Ferrari 812 Superfast finished in Bianco Avus-a clean, restrained alternative to the pervasive red hues. The exterior specification is completed by 20-inch forged wheels over Yellow brake calipers, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and adaptive headlights with Static Bending Light (SBL) function. The cockpit features Daytona-style seats trimmed in Rosso Ferrari leather, with the upper dashboard, parcel shelf, and door panel uppers in matching leather, set off by Nero leather door panel center trim and a Charcoal upper passenger compartment. “Extra-range” colored details abound in the form of Rosso contrast stitching, Rosso safety belts, Bianco Cavallino headrest embroidery, and Nuovo Rosso floor mats, set against a Yellow rev counter that anchors the driver's view. Desirable options including extensive carbon-fiber trim spanning the driver zone with LEDs, dashboard inserts, and upper center console, along with full electric seats, leather headliner, passenger display, satellite radio, suspension lifter, and front and rear parking cameras make the most of the 812's long-legged capability.
Delivered new through Ferrari of Central Ohio (then part of Midwestern Auto Group) and acquired by The Casa Bella Macchina Collection, this well-specified Superfast has remained under sole ownership from new and shows just 1,816 miles at the time of cataloging. A clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report documents routine servicing under current ownership by both the selling dealer and Ferrari Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, including a major drive-belt service in March 2023 at 1,498 miles. It is accompanied by two keys and its owner's manuals.
With its clean, classically Italian Bianco-over-Rosso color combination, single ownership from new, low mileage, and extensive optional equipment, this 812 Superfast is an especially appealing example of Ferrari's definitive front-engine V12, equally at home carving a favorite road as it is crossing a continent at speed.
