The Lancia Flaminia (Tipo 813/823/824/826) is a luxury car that was produced by the Italian automaker Lancia from 1957 to 1970. It was Lancia's flagship model at the time, replacing the Aurelia. Throughout its lifespan, it was available as a sedan, coupe, and convertible. The Flaminia coupe and convertible were coach-built cars with bodies by various prestigious Italian coachbuilders. Four "presidential" stretched limousine Flaminias were produced by Pininfarina for use at state occasions. 12.633 Flaminias were sold in 13 years. Coupes sold more than the four-door sedan, an unusual occurrence seen at the time only in American compact and mid-size models, where the coupe versions were standard factory models costing the same or less than the sedan, whereas the Flaminia coupes were considerably more expensive than the limousine-like Berlina due to their bodywork.
