We are very pleased to offer this smartly presented 1969 Morris Minor in Maroon with a Biscuit Hood and Maroon interior. Professionally converted by The Morris Minor Millennium Company Limited, Manchester in 2011 to the sum of £8,500. The work included the Convertible conversion, and an engine and gearbox overhaul. As a result, this Morris starts on the button and drives superbly well. This is a fantastic and affordable way into classic car roof down motoring and with the current weather we are enjoying, this is just the right thing to own and enjoy.
The Minor comes with a collection of invoices and receipts, previous MOTs and an original owner’s manual. The Minor was bought from one of our Auctions a couple of years ago by the vendor for his wife and they have enjoyed it but have now moved onto another classic. This is a great thing to do, enjoying a classic for a while and then experience something else, what a great way to live life! The Morris also comes with an aftermarket radio and speakers, and drives very well, in fact, the vendor drove it here on one of the hottest days of the year and just maybe he thought about not selling it!
It’s not often that one of these comes to market, especially one as pretty and in as good condition as this. This is a lovely example of relaxed British motoring at its best and a cool car to boot.
