The Yamaha RD350LC is a legendary 347cc two-stroke motorcycle celebrated for its extreme ‘light-switch’ powerband and featherweight handling. Nicknamed the ‘Elsie’, the original 1980-1983 models produced 47 bhp and weighed just 140 kg, offering superbike-shaming performance.
This particular bike was imported and registered into the UK in 2021 and was purchased by the vendor in 2022. Prior to him purchasing it, the bike had a fairly major overhaul costing £3,000 and it has done very little mileage since. It starts and runs very well but does require a bit of attention to detail cosmetically and would benefit from the fuel tank being re-sprayed. The bike comes with full UK V5, 1 key, some receipts for work and is clear on HPi.
