- The Moto Morini Excalibur 350 is one of the more unusual Italian motorcycles of the 1980s. It combines the excellent mechanicals of the famous Moto Morini 3½ platform with styling inspired by American cruisers and today it's considered something of a cult classic
- Introduced in 1986, the Excalibur was built during a difficult period for Moto Morini. While Japanese cruisers such as the Honda Shadow and Yamaha Virago were becoming popular, Morini wanted a share of that market without developing an entirely new motorcycle. The result was the Excalibur, produced in both 350cc and 500cc versions until around 1989–1990
