- The 2001 Bentley Arnage Le Mans Series is an ultra rare, collector grade, limited edition built to celebrate Bentley's historic return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans after a 71-year absence. Handcrafted at Crewe, it was built on the mechanical foundation of the legendary Arnage Red Label
- Dating from 08/05/2001 and believed to be amongst the first 15 Le Mans Series cars completed, this example is finished in Silver Storm and sits on recently refurbished Le Mans five-spoke alloy wheels fitted with fresh Pirelli P-Zero tyres
- Powered by Bentley's 406bhp, 6.75-litre turbocharged V8, the Le Mans Series also benefited from a stiffer bodyshell, larger brakes and wheels, together with a number of model-specific enhancements
- Exclusive Le Mans features include quad exhaust outlets, front wing vents, wheel arch extensions, sports bumpers, red brake calipers, Le Mans Series badging and, unusually, its original chromed fire extinguisher
- The bespoke interior features Barley hide with blue perforated leather centres, Le Mans Series instruments, unique burr walnut detailing, embroidered headrests, drilled aluminium pedals, special treadplates, a leather gear selector with chrome sports button and matching dark blue sheepskin over-rugs
- Extensively recommissioned over the past 15 months, including a full service with renewed fluids and filters, an overhauled fuel injection system, new remanufactured fuel and PAS pipes, new suspension spheres, iridium spark plugs, a reconditioned steering rack and clock spring, paint correction and refurbished wheels
