- Originally ordered through Ford main dealer Rice & Holman of New Jersey by Dr S Tatar to celebrate his graduation as a doctor, this special Mach 1 remained with him for approximately 45 years
- During his first 18 months of ownership, Dr Tatar covered almost 50,000 miles, using the Mustang both for professional visits to patients and as his personal transport. It subsequently accompanied him from New Jersey to Illinois, Arizona and finally Virginia
