Here we have one of the legendary Jaguar XKR Coupes finished in a lovely colour combination of metallic green with tan leather. It is sat on a correct set of 20” alloy wheels, which in turn are shod by Dunlop tyres. A great combination! The Jaguar was supplied new by Grange Jaguar in Welwyn Garden City on 30/3/2007 to its first owner, and it has only had four owners in total.

The history is rather nice with a service book containing 9 stamps, which is backed up by a large collection of invoices and receipts, a collection of old MOTs, a V5 and a clear HPi. There has been some work carried out this year, which are part of the routine maintenance these need, such as suspension parts including tie rods, bushes, drop links and pads and discs. Then it has had its supercharger water pipe replaced, again part of the routine things needed. You just know this has been a loved example, and even when the vendor drove it down from the North East, he had a little ‘wobble’ as to whether he was doing the right thing. We need to remember that is a Jaguar capable of very high speeds in complete comfort and is deemed to be one of the best high performance GTs of its day.

We are not going to tell you it’s perfect, it has a few (only a few) age related marks here and there but this is a great looking Jaguar that has come from a great home where it has been looked after and it deserves to be kept that way or improved. This is the type of example that can be used daily or kept for those special days. Either way, the choice is yours, but you have to buy it first.
