- The KH250 was the final development of Kawasaki's little S1 250 Mach I triple. The S1 appeared in 1972, followed by the S1A, S1B and S1C. Kawasaki changed the name to KH in 1976 as part of a broader rebranding of its two-stroke road bikes
- The engine is light and eager, and the combination of three cylinders, 32bhp two-stroke power delivery and a five-speed gearbox makes riding one considerably more involving than the modest capacity suggests
- First registered on the 26/07/1977, this is a UK bike from new and although the frame number confirms it as a 1977 B2, the colour scheme (Candy Lime Green/Yellow) appears to date from the 1978 B3 (possibly a UK-specific colour scheme)
- Described as running and riding well, though not used recently by our vendor who is thinning out his collection
