This pretty 1950s French Fancy is just as sweet and tempting as its more recent confectionary namesake.
Full of presence and character in White with a long bonnet, ‘suicide doors’ and ample seating for four people (at least), it has a great stance. We think this would be perfect for a family to enjoy road trips or classic car shows on a regular basis. It isn’t in perfect condition and doesn’t pretend to be. A little time invested will result in a lovely example that are increasingly rare.
The Citroen was driven to our premises and has been in regular use all through the summer.
Unfortunately, it comes without evidence of maintenance history, so we are unable to provide precise details other than it has had four owners since coming to the UK in September 1984, when it was owned for over 7 years. The second owner in the UK enjoyed it for over 22 years and then the third owner for 11 years. The last MOTs on record were in 2011 at 5,246 miles and 2012 at 5,418 miles.
The current owner bought the Citroen recently to accompany another Light 15 he has owned for a long time, but when a bout of ill-health occurred, that one sold, so they have decided to let someone else enjoy this one too.
