The Suzuki GSX-R750 Slingshot (K model) is a landmark second-generation sportbike legendary for its raw power, iconic styling, and distinct oil-cooled engine. It earned its famous ‘Slingshot’ nickname from its 36mm Mikuni semi-flatslide carburettors, which featured a unique slingshot-shaped cross-section designed to straighten out air intake ports for sharper throttle response.
A very usable 80s classic sports bike, used and enjoyed recently by the owner as part of his private collection.
