GENERAL INFORMATION:

The 997 generation combines the traditional character of the Porsche 911 with significantly more modern comfort and a high degree of everyday usability. The early Carrera, in particular, with the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter engine retains a relatively pure and analog driving feel compared to later generations.

TECHNICAL & MECHANICAL CONDITION:

This Porsche 911 Carrera is equipped with the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer engine, combined with the automatic Tiptronic transmission with steering wheel-mounted shifters. The engine of this 997 was completely overhauled last year by Porsche specialist Auto Resto. Since the engine overhaul, it has been driven only approximately 1,000 kilometers. Consequently, the engine is still in the break-in period. A three-month warranty is provided on the newly overhauled engine parts. This makes the car particularly interesting for someone looking for an early 997 where the most important mechanical work has already been carried out. The car has driven a total of 153,135 kilometers.

EXTERIOR & BODYWORK:

The car is finished in timeless black, giving the 997 a sleek and understated appearance. Currently, the car is fitted with the famous Porsche “Lobster” alloy wheels, which complement the design of the 997 particularly well. From the factory, the car was equipped with Xenon headlights with headlight cleaning, Park Distance Control, an electric sunroof, and the characteristic electrically extending rear spoiler. Further exterior equipment includes electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, an automatically dimming driver's side mirror, a rain sensor, and a windscreen with a darker tinted upper section. The car is also equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an anti-theft system.

INTERIOR:

The interior is finished in black leather and features electrically adjustable comfort seats for both driver and passenger. Both front seats are heated. The car is equipped with a three-spoke airbag steering wheel with Tiptronic controls, allowing gears to be operated manually from the steering wheel. Further comfort equipment includes cruise control, air conditioning, an on-board computer, and automatically dimming interior and exterior mirrors. The original Porsche PCM 2 system features European navigation, telephone preparation, and a Porsche CD changer. Additionally, the car is equipped with the optional BOSE sound system. Further interior specifications include black dials, black seat belts, leather upholstery on the front and rear seats, a split-folding rear seat, and extensive leather trim.

DOCUMENTATION:

This Porsche 911 Carrera was originally delivered new in Germany by Porsche Zentrum Moers. The car comes with the stamped service booklet and an extensive folder containing invoices and documentation. The 997 currently has Dutch registration. The most recent service was performed in 2025.
