Triumph B200 two-stroke. This is motorcycling in style. Built in Nuremberg in 1937.
1937 Triumph B200, built at the German Triumph Werke Nürnberg. Where do you still see one of these on the road? Incredibly beautiful and restored in the past with respect for originality. Now very rare and nowhere for sale. Almost 90 years old and just starts and drives.
Just had a service including a new 6V battery. Everything works! And by everything, I mean the horn and the lights. Shifting is done via a lever near the tank and the rear brake is operated by a rod. The front brake does have a cable, by the way.
Riding it is a joy; no side mirrors and no turn signals, so look closely and stick your hand out...
